His innovative method of teaching physics makesstudents understand and grasp the concept very easily and students are ever willing to attend his classes. He chose Bathinda as a city to serve because in Malwa belt, students are intelligent and have brains but need guidance to sharpen the skills, each and every student of the institute as well as faculty members are mesmerized by his intellect, simplicity and ever helping nature. He is a God fearing man and for him teaching is equivalent to meditation. He believes in Gurudev "Rabinder Nath Tagore" philosophy of developing students harmoniously in the right spirit of body mind and soul. He adheres to JF Kennedy words "My fellow countrymen ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country".

I am thankful to God for providing me opportunity to guide and serve students of malwa belt. Teaching is a divine profession, for me teaching is the utmost passion which satisfies my soul.We at MAGNET feel that every student is God's unique creation.
We are almighty's messengers to mold and carve out a good fruitful career for them. We want that every student of MAGNET should excel and rise high in life. The faculty of MAGNET is fully dedicated, experienced and well versed in their respective fields. The teaching methodology is such that every student understands the concepts from basics to advanced level very clearly. I believe in holistic development of students and motivate them to outshine and meet the competitive exams with full confidence. For this we constantly and sincerely work charting out different strategies to make every student successful. I stand committed to parents and guardians of the students studying at MAGNET & bestowing full faith in Magnet faculty. I shall leave no stone unturned to fulfill their desires of making their wards successful engineers and doctors. It's my dream that some day from this belt with God grace MAGNET will produce a topper of IIT and AIIMS.
